How do billing and payment work?
After you submit your request form, we build your custom bundle and email you a link to complete payment. Nothing ships until you’ve approved and paid for your box.
When will my box ship?
Orders submitted by the 15th of the month will ship by the 15th of the following month. You’ll receive tracking information once your box is on the way.
Can I edit my box each month?
Yes. Each month you’ll have the opportunity to edit your box before the next shipment. If no edits are made, your box will auto-ship with the same products as your last order.
Can I pause or cancel?
If you need to pause or cancel, contact us before your next payment is processed and we’ll help adjust your subscription.
